In the leasing area, we typically serve as the owner’s agent, and bring the appropriate structure to the assignment, from identifying and securing the right anchor tenant, to negotiating extensive lease renewals, to establishing and implementing a comprehensive leasing strategy.
In the financing area, we have obtained equity capital, construction financing and permanent non-recourse financing for our clients. We also represent owners in their discussions with current lenders, including mortgage re-structuring and renewals, terminations, and obtaining new, market-related terms where appropriate.
