George Jacobs
President of Jacobs Enterprises, has over 25 years experience in real estate development, asset management, consulting, and brokerage. He was a development and leasing/financing executive with Hartz Mountain and the Kaplan Organization before starting JEI in 1990. He was directly involved in the development of over 10 million square feet of projects at these two companies. JEI owns or manages in excess of 1,000,000 square feet under his direction. George holds Masters degrees from both Harvard and Rutgers, and currently serves on a number of boards, including Saint Mary’s Hospital Trustees, the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Advisory Boards of both Provident Bank and Union Center National Bank, the ICSC Alliance Program (state co-chairman), the Smart Growth Coalition, past president of the Counselors of Real Estate, the State’s Greyfields Task Force, the City of Clifton’s Economic Advisory Committee, and the North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as a Real Estate Broker and in New Jersey as a Professional Planner.

Raymond Kunz
Raymond Kunz, Executive Vice President of JEI, is a 25-year veteran of Wall Street (Morgan Stanley and Lazard Freres), where he specialized in asset management, leasing and the sale of retail and office projects. Ray has extensive experience in property analysis and management, and leads the acquisition and sales efforts for JEI. Ray holds an MBA from Rutgers, has been an adjunct professor for Real Estate at Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Apartment Association. He is also a New York licensed Real Estate Broker.

Peter Jacobsen
Chief Operating Officer

Peter Jacobsen
Peter Jacobsen brings nearly two decades of management and brokerage experience to his position of Chief Operating Officer of Jacobs Enterprises. With a strong aptitude for strategic planning, he is charged with the daily operation of the business and oversees the leasing, asset management, property management and accounting functions.

Peter started his career with Charles H. Greenthal Group, one of the largest privately owned residential property managers in Manhattan, where he managed luxury condos and co-ops before transitioning into leasing retail, office and professional space. He then moved to the brokerage side representing retail tenants in developing expansion strategies while with Equis Corp., Trammell Crow, and Madison HGCD. His clients have included Coach, Sephora, Tiffany, Barney’s New York, Cosi and many other retailers. A graduate of New York University, Peter is a licensed real estate broker in New York and New Jersey and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.


William Santianna

William Santianna
William Santianna, Controller of Jacobs Enterprises has a varied background in real estate property management, development, environmental remediation, and media advertising that spans over 20 years. He was previously employed as the controller for Spinnaker Real Estate Partners and its predecessor organization for over 11 years where he supervised daily accounting operations including budgeting, cash flow, and tenant issues, while working closely with the property operations team and senior management. Mr. Santianna is a graduate of Rowan University.
